Rest and Recover

I’m sick and it’s not fun. My wife and kids had the flu and it’s been a battle for over 2 weeks now. We’re all over it.

The remedy that has helped the most is sleep. Sleep is essential for many things and I can’t wait to dive deeper in future blogs but for now, sleep while your sick is very important. It allows your body to fully relax and recover. To focus on eliminating the toxins that are making you sick and fight them off.

Yes, medicine helps but there’s nothing like getting adequate rest. If you have a Whoop band or an Apple Watch, you’ll see how vital good sleep is in recovery.

Focus on getting good sleep whether your healthy or your sick.
