Where Do You Fit?
Where Do You Fit?
-
I’m afraid of people.
Having a conversation with a stranger is the last thing I want to do.
I’m scared to interact because I don’t know where to begin.
-
I enjoy people but I don’t know where to begin.
If I do begin, I freeze or say something wrong and then become an awkward and embarrassed mess.
I desire to be in a relationship but things never seem to work out.
-
I’m new to corporate and don’t know how to act.
I just started a new job and I don’t know anyone.
My goal is to be someone people enjoy working with.
I want to grow into a leadership role
Let’s work together
What
to expect
I am a professional sales professional passionate about helping those who struggle to connect with others in 3 main categories: socially, personally, and professionally. My methods focus on listening, empathy, and service.
Too many young people are afraid or anxious when interacting with other human beings face-to-face. Many variables cause this behavior and I admit I too struggled with social anxiety, and still do at times.
It’s time to encourage those who are in a similar place in life I was in and help them navigate life’s tough moments with confidence and grace.
About me
My name is Joshua Gane. You can call me Josh. I love people and feel called to help those who struggle to connect well with others in 3 main categories: social anxiety, human connection, and soft skills in the workplace.
I’ve read 50+ leadership books and studied hundreds of hours of media to develop my people skills to a point where I am confident I can help anyone grow in these three key areas in life. I am also constantly learning and implementing my findings in my personal and professional life.
I have the most important relationship in a human being’s life, marriage and the second most important, I have 2 kids. They stretch my ability to love and empathize every day.
Currently, I work in the medical sales industry finding solutions to help clinicians protect their patients through advanced monitoring in critical care units. I previously worked in other sales and customer facing roles that helped me learn and grow my interpersonal relationship skills. But I’ve also worked in the background as a marketer, studying and strategizing how to provide solutions for customers looking for the products and services the company was offering.
I’ve volunteered at my local church in the youth ministry. Developing and connecting with younger generations. I currently serve as a deacon and am expected to connect with all members in a healthy and loving manner.
Be confident talking to anyone
Step 1:
I’ve provided a digital resource I normally sell for $29 but am offering it for free. This is a game-changer when it comes to your conversations with people. Stop asking simple and boring questions and start asking questions people are willing to answer that gives you insight into who they truly are.
